A Caring Network Within Your Reach

Coralis Health provides expedited and accurate diagnoses for a range of developmental and behavioral concerns including Autism, ADHD, and developmental delays. We provide care where it works best for your child and your family, and connect you with services and therapies designed to help your child thrive.

Once your child has a consultation with one of our specialists, you will get specific service and therapy recommendations for your child. Our in-app and human care coordinators will help check in with you to ensure you are successfully connecting with needed services. If you decide to purchase a subscription plan, you can search through our provider network for specific therapies and providers based on profession, specialty, expertise, location, wait time, and payments accepted. This is the first and only available network that brings all of this information together in one place for you to find what your child needs.

Our team is here to help your child reach their fullest potential, so request an appointment now to speak to one of our caring professional team members.

To learn more about developmental and behavioral issues, you can join one of our webinars provided by specialists in Developmental Pediatrics and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.

QA Frequently Asked Questions

Do you help children of all ages?

Yes! We provide initial consultations including developmental testing and medical diagnoses, medication management, and follow-up visits from early childhood to young adulthood.

What does a developmental consultation with Coralis Health include?

Our consultations usually consist of two sessions with a fellowship-trained Developmental Behavioral Pediatrician. Before the first visit, we ask that you complete intake forms that give us more information about your child. We would also like to review any prior evaluations, Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs), and therapy notes. We gather all this information ahead of time so we can spend more time with you and your child during the consultation. The initial visit may not be scheduled until that information is received.

During the first visit, we will ask additional questions to learn more about your child. We will complete developmental testing and may also ask you to complete some tasks with your child for us to observe if the visit is virtual. After this visit we will score and summarize the results. A couple of weeks later we will have the second visit to go over the results and recommendations with you. The child does not have to be present during this second visit. We will also create a “To Do List” that the in-app and human care coordinators will check on to ensure that you are connected with any recommended services after our visit. You can then decide if you would like to select a membership plan on our app where you can access the network of providers (currently free for families).

What is a Developmental Behavioral Pediatrician?

A Developmental Behavioral Pediatrician is a medical doctor who has completed medical school, 3 years of residency training in General Pediatrics, and another 3 years of fellowship training in Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics. During their fellowship training they become experts in Autism, ADHD, Learning Differences, and Developmental Disabilities. They learn how to diagnose these conditions, manage medications when needed, and provide guidance for families so they know how to navigate whatever services, therapies, and supports that may be helpful for their child.

What is Care Coordination?

Care coordination is a core service at Coralis Health provided through our in app and human care coordinators. Our care coordinators are experienced care providers who provide compassionate human support to ensure patients and families understand the care plan developed by their Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrician. They offer support with organizing services, coordinating referrals, and answering questions along the way, to meet the individual needs of each client. Our care coordination services emphasize collaborative engagement with clients, families, and healthcare providers.

How do I complete the intake forms prior to the initial visit?

To better serve our patients we have partnered with CHADIS, a service that allows you to complete questionnaires related to your child’s upcoming visit online when it is most convenient for you. In order for us to provide you and your child with the best care possible, we need you to use CHADIS before each visit.

CHADIS is an interactive online screening tool designed to provide your children with the best care possible. CHADIS does this by assisting in the early diagnosis of developmental, social, emotional, and behavioral concerns, as well as a variety of health risks that can be difficult to see during a typical visit. All responses are completely confidential and cannot be viewed by anyone except your doctor. This will save you time during the visit.

How do I invite a teacher to complete forms on CHADIS?

If your child has any issues that affect learning or behavior, getting information from teachers about his or her progress can make a big difference in the care the doctor provides. Teachers may require your permission to provide information. You can give this permission in CHADIS. See step-by-step instructions here.

What does the app membership include?

The app membership includes access to the only, one-of-a-kind comprehensive network of providers, all conveniently listed in one place. This includes Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, ABA Therapists, Counselors, Psychologists, Social Workers, Developmental Behavioral Pediatricians, Psychiatrists, and Primary Care Doctors that are specialized and trained to work with neurodivergent and disabled individuals.

Each provider lists their wait time, payments accepted, their expertise, and location, including in person or virtual appointments. Once you have selected a provider that meets your specific needs, you can request a visit with that provider. If you have a virtual visit using our services, you will also have access to care coordination services to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner.

May I cancel my membership?

Yes, you can easily cancel your membership at any time.

Is a virtual appointment appropriate for a developmental consultation?

Parents with daughter viewing laptop

Yes, but it is important that we can gather information from other settings as well. Sometimes it is much harder to assess a child when they are stressed in a clinical environment. With our visits, we get a sense of how the child is in all settings, including their natural environment.

Will you have any other specialists available for consultation?

We plan to add Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists and Psychologists to our Coralis Health team in the near future. As we grow, we will continue to add more physicians and professionals to our team.

Will you offer any other services for families?

Yes, we will provide online workshops and content from medical experts covering a variety of topics. This will all be found on our website.
