ELIGIBILITY

To  access  and/or  use  the Website,  you  must  be  eighteen  (18)  years  or  older  and  have  the  requisite power  and  authority  to  enter  into  this  Terms  and  meet  any  other  applicable  age  and  residency requirements.  The  Website is  not  intended  for  and  should  not  be  used  by  anyone  under  the  age  of eighteen (18). The terms of this Section shall survive the expiration or termination of this Terms.  In addition, Coralis Health shall not be subject to any obligations of confidentiality regarding any information or materials provided by you unless required by law, expressly set forth in our Privacy Notice and/or this Terms,  and/or set forth in any additional terms and conditions relating to specific products and/or services utilized by you and provided by Coralis Health. The commercial use, reproduction, transmission or distribution of any information, software, or other material available through the Website without the prior written consent of Coralis Health is strictly prohibited.

COMMUNICATIONS

When accessing and/or using the Website, you are communicating with us electronically, and consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by posting notices on the Website or by email, if you provide your email address to us.  You may continue to receive electronic communications from Coralis Health (which may include without limitation promotional and advertising material and information about Coralis Health) unless or until you elect to opt-out of receiving such communications and notify Coralis Health pursuant to our Privacy Notice. If you choose to submit any questions, comments, ideas, suggestions, inventions, or other information (“Feedback”) to Coralis Health, such Feedback is non-confidential and will become the sole property of Coralis Health.
