Once you’re approved, you select a membership plan and set your listing so the right patients can find you. We also provide the option for telehealth services for you to connect with your patients.

How It Works
As a provider, you can choose to be listed on our comprehensive online database comprised of Developmental Behavioral Pediatricians, Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Speech and Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, ABA Therapists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, and Counselors.
To apply to be a member, you will provide your credentials in our secure platform. The verification process takes 5-7 business days. Once your credentials are verified, you can complete your profile, set your availability in the calendar, and choose a membership plan that works for you. Patients will be able to search for you and connect with you, based on the information you provide.
We offer flexible monthly or quarterly package plans that you can cancel or change at any time. Add-on options include telehealth services, care coordination, and educational content to enhance your clinical skills. If you choose the add-on package that includes our telehealth services, you can connect to our patient portal, where you can have your virtual visits, review patient records, provide documentation, and bill, all in one place. If you choose the educational package, you will have access to virtual workshops, with some telementoring, to enable you to assist neurodivergent and disabled children at your own practice.
What does the membership include?
As a provider, you will be part of the first and only comprehensive network that families and individuals can access to find services they need. This will allow them to directly request an appointment with you based on your own schedule.
What are the advantages of the add-on package including telehealth services and care coordination?
We will set AthenaHealth up with you so you can provide virtual visits from anywhere. AthenaHealth can also provide billing services and keep track of your productivity. After your visits, you can make a “To Do List” that the in-app and human care coordinators will check on to ensure that your patients are connected with services you recommend, or that certain tasks are completed. This added service saves you lots of time that you can spend doing other things!
May I cancel my membership?
Yes, you can easily cancel your membership at any time.
Will you offer any other services?
Yes, we will offer educational content for providers. These courses and workshops are provided by experts in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics.
Options will include recorded courses, live courses, and direct access to one of our specialists for Q&A.
